Welcome to Dim Sum Play (https://dimsumplay.com), run by BeePOS LLC ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The site offers free online games that you can play without signing up. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

2. Accounts

  • Creating an account is optional. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • Usernames must not impersonate anyone or be offensive, discriminatory or unlawful. We may rename, remove from leaderboards or disable accounts that break this rule.
  • You can delete your own account at any time from your account panel.

3. Virtual coins and items

  • Coins, points and items inside the games (such as the coins in Fruit Machine, Lucky Fruit Slots and Ocean Catch) are virtual and have no monetary value.
  • Virtual coins cannot be bought with real money or exchanged for cash, goods or anything of value, and cannot be transferred or sold.
  • None of our games involve gambling with real money.

4. Advertising

The site shows third-party ads, which keep the games free. Ads and the sites they link to come from the advertisers and do not reflect our views; any dealings between you and an advertiser are between the two of you.

5. Acceptable use

When using the site, you must not:

  • use cheats, bots or automated tools to change scores or leaderboards;
  • click ads dishonestly, or get others to do so;
  • attack, disrupt or try to break into our servers and systems;
  • access the site automatically in bulk in a way that burdens our servers;
  • use the site for anything unlawful.

We may remove scores obtained unfairly and disable accounts that break these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The games, art, music, code and the "Dim Sum Play / 點心遊戲" name and logo belong to BeePOS LLC or its licensors. Some assets are used under third-party licenses. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that game progress and scores will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
